You're not NEW to business: Ops-Fab is perfect for service based entrepreneurs who have been in business a few years and have proven offers that have sold in the past. If you’re brand new to entrepreneurship, and haven’t really got a solid offer suite, I’d suggest working with someone in a more strategic capacity first. You take responsibility for your ish: I am known as someone who brings their all. This means if you sign up for Ops-Fab you're getting a shit ton of time, energy, and resources. I will not chase people to do the work. I will not make any promises about results (financial or otherwise). It’s up to you to be present, go through the material, ask questions, and implement (because this isn't a done-for-you program).
You aren't squeamish around cuss words: I swear. A lot. You're welcome to, as well.
Real life doesn't bother you: I'm a mom. My kids will be in school during this cohort, but shit happens. I won't cancel a session unless I absolutely have to (I'll make it up) but my kids may be in the room on occasion. That's not a negotiable for me. In saying that, you are welcome as you are at all times -- kids, pets, pjs, in bed, in your office, eating, drinking, in a Snuggie... whatever you need.
You won't struggle financially to pay for the program: I am not going to gaslight you in to buying or thinking this program will solve all your problems. If you cannot comfortably make the investment, please don't. We can always work together in the future or in another capacity. Until then I have free resources, including my mailing list and my podcast. (Having said that, if you just need a more extended payment plan, all you gotta do is ask.)

Hi, I’m Sarah, Chief Ease Officer, Ops Whiz and resident BS-buster.

What I really wanna share here is WHY this program was created.
I've been in the business space for over 20 years. I've worked in small private firms all the way up to Fortune 500 companies and everything in between including in the back end of entrepreneur-run businesses.
And one thing I've noticed more than anything else is how much of the online business space is predicated on the promise that all you need to be a successful entrepreneur is post a lot of content, have a high vibe, and maybe a good strategy. A business that's going to survive long term, and grow sustainably requires a lot more -- especially from an operational perspective. All the day-to-day functions that HAVE to happen in order for business to operate, grow, and thrive.
And that's one part of my mission: to ensure you have EVERYTHING you need to be successful. Especially the stuff that matters.

What's the vibe? Fun, laid back, messy but with purpose. We'll swear, we'll have fun, and we'll get shit done. In just 12 weeks, you’ll have what you need to build out the 5 key operations areas of your biz, to set success on repeat, and stop being the bottleneck in your own growth.
How much is it? The investment is $2500 (or $835/month for 3 months) for the full program.
The when and how? We start Oct 5 and go through Dec 21. Each week will alternate between an instructional session to give you the baseline for what you need, and then a hot seat coaching session to help you apply it directly to your business based on what stage of growth you're at. Sessions will take place Thursdays from 10am to 1130am CT (that's 11am to 1230pm ET).
